Cale LaVoie, born in Baxter, Minnesota, is the Director of Commercial Construction at Valint Construction Services. A native of Minnesota’s scenic Perch Lake, Cale developed an early passion for the outdoors, particularly hunting and fishing. He graduated from Brainerd Senior High School and pursued higher education at Central Lakes College and Bemidji State University, where he specialized in Aquatic Biology. Furthering his academic pursuits, he studied Construction Management at Dunwoody College of Technology.
With a career spanning over two decades, Cale has amassed extensive experience in construction management, particularly in projects that serve Native communities. His leadership and dedication have earned him multiple Excellence in Construction Awards. Beyond his professional achievements, Cale is an avid supporter of community-based initiatives, teaching construction skills in Native communities, and fostering youth involvement in outdoor sports through various philanthropic endeavors.
